As far as immediate family is concerned, the Spring Hill Ford A plan covers the following family members: an employee’s spouse, their parents, spouse’s grandparents, children (including step sons and step daughters, along with in-laws), grandchildren, brothers and sisters (this category also includes in-laws, and half brother and sisters, and step brothers and sisters), same sex domestic partners, and even immediate family members of same sex partners as defined throughout what was already mentioned above. When the employee and his or her spouse are deceased, surviving family members will no longer be eligible under the A plan. This plan is for current active employees and their family members only. A plan benefits means employees and all the people mentioned above can receive special discount pricing on new Ford vehicles.
