I am the type of person that would write a review if something went wrong but in turn I feel it is necessary to write when something is done correctly. For my very first phone call to the service desk I had excellent service. I needed to get four new tires and brakes. I however work weird hours. I wanted to get it all done before Nov 30, so I could take advantage of the rebates ( I called Nov 27). I spoke with a female ( I regret I did not take down her name), but she worked it out that I could drop the car off early on the 29th and come pick it up after service hours so I could get the rebates. When I brought the car in I worked with Joe. He was very polite and kept me inform of everything about what he was doing and choices he made. Being a female I have been at some service centers where I felt like I was being taken advantage. I never felt that way once. The bill actually came in lower than I expected. Plus it runs great now. The car was originally bought at Spring Hill and I regret that I had it serviced anywhere else. I am a loyal customer going forward and plan on buying and servicing all my cars from Spring Hill going forward. Great service is rare now days unfortunately, but it seems the norm here. I will recommend Spring Hill in the future as well. Thank you for everything.
